Great to meet you!

I am a dual-licensed acute care and psychiatric nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience caring for medically and psychologically complex patients. I have received training and education from the University of California at Berkeley, Columbia University, and New York University, where I still hold a graduate-level adjunct faculty appointment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health care combines traditional psychiatry, like medication and psychotherapy, with evidence-based complementary approaches, such as nutrition, vitamins, supplements, exercise, mindfulness, and sleep. By treating the whole person, we often see a more complete and long-lasting sense of well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our time together, you can expect a safe, connected, non-judgmental space in which to explore your inner self, past and present. We’ll work together to build a path that leads to a happier, healthier, fuller future.
