Great to meet you!

Are you angry, confused, and frustrated? Do you feel misunderstood or not heard at all? Are you tired of pretending to be ok? Are you sick of feeling ashamed? I want to meet YOU. I am interested in what YOU have to say. If you don't like who you are or how people see you, let's work together to change it. I have experience working through anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, shame, addictions, abuse, gang life, juvenile delinquency, incarceration, school, and military life.

My approach to therapy

Adolescence is a time of innocent exploration of your world. Teens test parental boundaries, discover personal limitations, and experience intense feelings of passion, anger, confusion, and frustration. My goal is to help teens identify problems and solutions to navigate this chaotic transition and avoid or change negative life-altering consequences.

I’m passionate about affecting generational changes in families and individuals by breaking negative behavior patterns.

What you can expect from me

Future opportunities for generational growth and development are impacted by positive changes today. My practice is based on the belief that change is possible. I believe that breaking negative cycles of behavior and replacing them with positive changes impacts the client and the entire family. Ready to change? The process of change is complicated, but YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
