Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing your mental health is a powerful step toward healing, growth, and self-empowerment. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. You may be experiencing emotional overwhelm, low motivation, self-doubt, or difficulty balancing responsibilities — and you're looking for clarity and support.

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work and later obtained my independent license. My passion is helping individuals rediscover their inner strength, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves. I provide a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, process emotions, and develop practical tools to improve your daily life and overall well-being.

Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, or navigating major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, working alongside you as partners in your mental health journey. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor sessions to your unique needs, helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build coping skills, and create strategies to help you manage difficult emotions and improve daily functioning. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable expressing yourself while also gaining practical tools for growth and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle introduction and an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, or life transitions, we’ll begin identifying your goals and next steps.

My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and a plan for moving forward, while beginning your journey toward healing, growth, and reconnecting with yourself.
