I have been in the mental health field for over 14 years. I have a collaborative therapeutic style with an emphasis on helping my clients learn how to be more mindful of the connection between mind and body. My mission has been to help people develop a roadmap designed to lead them to their ultimate destination of self-awareness and fulfilment.

My approach to therapy

I have experience with treating couples, adults and adolescents. I have also worked with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, substance abuse disorders and issues related to grief and loss.
