Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois and a MA in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University. I have experience working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, and anger management. I use an integrated approach using techniques from a variety of counseling approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

My clients are individuals in need of clinical or emotional support, who need assistance with identifying and working through life's stressors. My clients are also individuals who may not need clinical support, but want to learn skills and strategies, which promote their well-being and assist in maximizing their personal and professional potential. My goal is to create a safe, empowering environment, and to develop a strong, therapeutic relationship

What you can expect from me

The choice to reach out for help is often a difficult choice to make. But, when our life's journey presents us with challenges and obstacles, it can be difficult to face this journey alone. You and l will work together to develop attainable treatment goals, during sessions that are tailored and structured based on your individual wants and needs.
