Great to meet you!

I want you to have the life you deserve! I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master's of Social Work from Norfolk State University. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations including adults and adolescents, helping them navigate various life transitions. With a deep understanding of human behavior and the complexities of the human mind, I specialize in areas of expertise and therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

My approach to therapy

My first objective is to always hear about what kind of support you are looking for in your healing journey. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I aim to empower clients to meet their optimal wellness.
