Great to meet you!

My name is Imari, and I have been practicing clinical psychology for over six years. I have specialized training in working with children and adolescents with comorbid psychosocial and medical challenges but also have experience working with young adults and welcome anyone looking for support with a myriad of life challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, blending my expertise with the expertise you have on yourself to create the best plan to support you. I typically utilize a CBT and ACT approach to therapy but ultimately strive to create a warm and safe space.

What you can expect from me

For our first session, I hope to listen and learn from you: what has brought you to this space, what things are important to you, and what you hope to get support with as we journey together.
