Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, sexual intimacy issues, and life transitions. I specialize in working with the mind–body connection and often integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices into my work. I am particularly drawn to supporting clients who experience self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, challenges with attention or emotional regulation, and difficulty feeling secure or connected in relationships. I value collaboration and transparency in therapy and see my role as a supportive guide rather than someone who “fixes” problems.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I work with clients to explore how thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and patterns of attention all interact, especially in the context of ADHD and relational dynamics. Together, we develop practical tools that support emotional regulation, communication, intimacy, and self-awareness. Therapy is tailored to my client's goals and pace, while gently challenging patterns that may no longer be serving them.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive environment focused on building connection and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, discuss past experiences with therapy, and begin identifying what you’d like to change or strengthen, whether that’s managing ADHD-related challenges, improving intimacy, or navigating relationship stress. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, grounded, and clearer about next steps.
