Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Indya! I work with parents, the career-driven, and those who are the go-to for everyone else. You keep up appearances while feeling anxious, hurt, or down beneath the surface. Not to mention, your body’s been signaling burnout and fatigue from pushing too hard, too long. If this resonates, you're in the right place. I offer a safe space to pause, unpack, and heal, so you can reconnect with yourself and become your best self yet!

My approach to therapy

I understand how easy it is to lose yourself when focused on your career, family, or life goals and with so much pressure, prioritizing you can feel impossible—until now. Using trauma-informed therapy, CBT, DBT skills, existential therapy and empowerment-based techniques, you and I create a personalized plan to help you rebuild, restore and rise in your NOW.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a transformative, holistic experience that’s solution-focused and supportive. We work as a team, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. My goal is to help you break free from patterns that leave you feeling numb and unfulfilled. Through our work, you’ll experience learn to compassionately fill your own cup, gain the courage to design a life that aligns with who you are/ what you want and turn your barriers into stepping stones—regardless of where you’ve started.
