Great to meet you!

Divorce doesn't just end a relationship; it dismantles every system that kept your life running. I help parents navigate separation, divorce, and co-parenting, especially those with ADHD or ADHD-like overwhelm. If you're exhausted, dropping balls you never used to drop, and tired of advice built for organized brains, you're exactly who I do my best work with. We'll hold both sides of this season: the grief of what's ending and the practical rebuild of what's next communication with a difficult ex, routines that fit your brain, steadiness for your kids. I bring lived experience to this work: I'm a solo parent, diagnosed with ADHD at 30. Sessions are virtual across Florida, with evening and Saturday times built for parents' real schedules.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work primarily from narrative therapy; divorce hands you a story like "I failed" or "I broke my family," and our work is separating who you are from what happened to you, so you can write what comes next. I pair that with strengths-based, ADHD-informed care: rather than cataloging what's wrong with you, we build on what already works, including the creative workarounds your brain has been quietly running for years. Sessions balance real emotional processing with real-life application; insight matters, but so does what changes in your actual week. You set the pace and the priorities; I bring structure, honesty, and zero judgment for however messy this season is.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what's going on and what's weighing on you most; no forms read aloud, no pressure to have it all figured out. Come as you are, even if "as you are" is exhausted and mid-chaos. We'll end with a clear sense of where we're headed together, and you'll never have to untangle this alone again.
