Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use, and with people going through big life transitions. I also support people who have had intense or confusing experiences with psychedelics. Or people who have benefited from them too! I earned my PhD in clinical psychology at The New School and have worked in outpatient clinics, inpatient settings, and research trials, including studies of MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD. I see clients online, and I speak English as well as Czech.

My approach to therapy

I aim to be warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I draw on relational therapy, which looks at how your past and current relationships shape how you feel today. I also use practical, evidence-based tools when they fit. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, so we'll shape the work around your goals and your pace. Most of all, I see myself as a facilitator to your internal capacity to grow and heal.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed conversation. You can tell me what brings you in, what you've already tried, and how you'd like to feel different. I'll ask some questions to get to know you and your story, and we'll leave with a shared sense of your goals and a plan for what comes next. You don't need to have it all figured out, and you can go at whatever pace feels right. My aim is for you to feel heard and comfortable, while also leaving with a sense of direction.
