I am deeply fulfilled by my work as an grief and trauma therapist. I am and LCSW in the state of Colorado with 10 years of experience working in therapeutic settings and have completed my Sensorimotor Processing Level 1 Certification.
I work with my clients to create a safe container for all parts of themself to feel welcome so that we can heal the root causes of unnecessary suffering. I use internal family systems, body-centered trauma processing (Sensorimotor Processing), and a client-centered approach to facilitate transformation and healing based on your wants, needs and goals.
I work with my clients to establish goals and work toward those goals as a sustainable pace.
