Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist and certified coach based in Denver, Colorado. I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck, anxious, or burned out and want structured, practical support to understand what drives their emotions and take intentional steps that reduce anxiety over time.

Before moving to Denver, I worked in private practice in Chicago, supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also spent 7 years coaching leaders at BetterUp, helping professionals translate insight into action. Earlier in my career, I worked in financial sales and marketing, which gave me firsthand experience navigating high-pressure environments. Combined with my clinical and coaching experience, this informs my structured, practical approach, guiding clients toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress.

I studied at Benedictine University, where I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and completed my clinical training at Northwestern Hospital. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, and exploring the outdoors with my dog, Bentley.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, collaborative, and rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I focus on identifying patterns that reinforce anxiety—like overthinking, avoidance, or internal pressure—and help clients take practical, intentional steps to shift them over time. I provide tools, strategies, and education while listening closely to your experience, turning insight into action that is meaningful and sustainable.

The goal is not just short-term relief but building clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of control while navigating work challenges, life transitions, and big decisions.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we focus on clarity. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, explore patterns that may be reinforcing anxiety or stress, and define your goals for change. I’ll explain how I work and how we’ll approach therapy so you understand the process and feel confident moving forward. From there, we begin creating a plan to take practical, actionable steps that reduce anxiety over time while building insight, skills, and a stronger sense of control.
