Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), trained to support individuals, couples, and families through a variety of emotional, mental health, and life challenges. Today you have made the first step toward creating the life you desire. I have been practicing for 17 years and have decided to focus my practice on adults (18+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and authenticity. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, seen, and supported. Together, we’ll work at your pace to uncover what’s holding you back, identify your goals, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a chance for us to get to know one another, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin building trust. If you feel I may be a good fit for your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. I look forward to meeting you.
