Greetings and thank you for reading about me! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified school counselor. I have 21 years of counseling experience.Together we will work to sort out the details of your life and to provide appropriate resources to empower you. My speciality areas include: anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression and family counseling.
I have extensive training on stress and anxiety alleviation techniques. My counseling approach is embedded in person-center therapy. I believe the client knows him/herself best. My role is to help you achieve successful outcomes and work towards positive resolutions. Additionally, I incorporate cognitive behavior therapy. This approach allows me to guide clients in reducing stress and learning to focus on day-to day challenges, thoughts and behaviors.
