Great to meet you!

Hello, and thank you for your interest in my practice. I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist with experience working with a wide range of clients, from children to young adults to seniors. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work with my clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized treatment plan that fits their unique needs. I am a native of Jamaica with a compassionate heart and great experience.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I draw from various evidence-based techniques to best suit your needs. I meet my clients were there are and allow them to feel safe and seen.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I'm here to listen and understand your perspective, but I will also challenge you constructively when needed. I believe in being transparent and will always explain the rationale behind my recommendations. My clients often tell me that they appreciate my ability to combine a compassionate, empathetic presence with practical, goal-oriented strategies.
