Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor off ering therapy in both English and Spanish. With eight years of experience across outpatient, community-based, and telehealth settings, I have supported adults from diverse backgrounds including veterans and individuals navigating complex personal and professional demands. I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, diffi cult life transitions, relationship concerns, identity-related challenges, and questions about meaning or direction. I am committed to providing individualized care that respects each client's background, values, and lived experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is humanistic and person-centered, grounded in the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. I strive to be collaborative, solution-oriented, and empowering while creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves.

Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I use an eclectic approach and draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I adapt the therapeutic process to each client’s needs, goals, preferences, and pace. Our work may include developing insight into patterns, identifying personal strengths, building practical coping skills, and finding new ways to respond to difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our fi rst session, I want to hear what brought you to therapy and what you are hoping will change. We will discuss your current concerns and what you hope to gain. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and share your preferences. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready for. We move at a pace that feels right for you.
