Great to meet you!

I have a Master's Degree in Social work from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of practice working wit children and adults. I speak English, Spanish and French fluently. I specialize in working with individuals suffering with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & couples who are having relationship issues. I also specialize in working with health care professionals dealing with the demands of their jobs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strength-based and positive. I believe that you have all the resources you need to make great changes in your life. In therapy, we will identify, strengthen and transform the skills that you already possess into powerful resources. I use solution-Focused Therapy, Neuro-linguistic programming and Life Coaching to combine the depth of psychotherapy with pragmatic goal achievement. My approach is eclectic and tailored to serve your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Our client-therapist relationship will be a true partnership. From me, you can expect transparency, authenticity, and challenges, as well as committment to providing you with the highest standard of evidence-based treatment. From you, I have two expectations. Show up and participate fully! There is power in momentum. I know from experience that the benefits of treatment belong to those who show up and participate fully!
