Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am here to listen, guide, and support you in overcoming life’s challenges. I have been in the mental health field for eight years, working with clients of different socioeconomic status address their concerns with anxiety, depression, grief, and communication.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Solution Focus, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivation Interviewing and therapeutic alliance to help improve your mood and coping skills.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to create a comfortable and safe environment where you can share your story and concerns openly. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, and your goals for our work together. This session will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process and to ensure that we are a good fit for each other. I look forward to embarking on this journey of self-discovery and growth with you.
