Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York State. I earned my Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University. I have experiences working with with adults, teens, and pediatric patients across a variety of settings including university counseling centers, private practice, and primary care.

I work with adults and teens who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection. Whether you are navigating stress in your personal life, coping with loss, or wanting to improve communication and intimacy, therapy can be a space to feel understood and supported. My professional interests include trauma and identity concerns.

My approach to therapy

Therapeutic healing happens in the context of safe, genuine connection. I take an integrative, interpersonal approach to therapy—meaning I draw from evidence-based practices while always centering the therapeutic relationship as a space for growth. Together, we’ll explore your unique story, uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, and build new ways of relating to yourself and others. I integrate tools from interpersonal therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and relational psychodynamic work to meet you where you are. Our work is collaborative: you bring your lived experience, and I bring a supportive framework and skills to help you navigate challenges, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect warmth, curiosity, and nonjudgment. I value authenticity and strive to create a space where you feel safe being yourself. Our first appointment is focused on clarifying what brings you to therapy and getting to know each other.

Together, we’ll explore both present challenges and past experiences to help you find clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of connection.
