Great to meet you!

I work with young adults ages 18–40 who are navigating a variety of life challenges and mental health concerns. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, women's issues, substance use, relationship difficulties, or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), my goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe therapy should be a place where you can explore difficult emotions, gain insight into patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop practical skills to help you move toward the life you want.

As a Nigerian American therapist, I also recognize the impact that culture, identity, and family dynamics can have on mental health. I enjoy helping clients navigate the unique challenges that can arise from balancing multiple identities while honoring their values, experiences, and personal goals.

My approach to therapy

I am honest, warm, direct, empathetic. I utilize CBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic therapy, ect. to help clients gain a better understanding of self and the world around them. I also utilize mindset restructuring and identity work.

What you can expect from me

Our first session working together will be getting an understanding of what brought you to therapy, setting treatment goals, and rapport building. Then we will begin to dive deeper into your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to better understand the challenges you're facing. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of what our work together can look like moving forward.
