Great to meet you!

I am a Psychotherapist and Psychoanalyst with over 30 years of clinical, supervisory and administrative experience, licensed in the states of NY and NJ. I graduated from NYU School of Social Work with Master's Degree in Social Work, and NJ Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies with PsyA Degree. I provide individual therapy to adults and seniors, as well as I do consultations, coaching and clinical supervision.

My approach to therapy

I deeply believe that every person is unique and no one approach fits all. My training in psychoanalysis, psycho-dynamic, CBT, DBT, supportive and grief therapies allows my patients - with my gentle guidance - find their own unique path to improvement.

I treat adults feeling anxious and/or depressed, having self-esteem issues, relational difficulties, going through grief, life changing events. I also have special expertise in working with parents and families of incarcerated individuals.

What you can expect from me

Life is beautiful - that is until it no longer feels that way, with or without identifiable events. Healing and getting back to ourselves may feel hopeless - but it's not. Knowing when to seek professional help is a wisdom. Making the decision to turn to confidential professional help is a sign of strength. We all need support at some point in our lives, we don't have to go at it alone. Make that phone call -let the work of healing begin.
