Great to meet you!

Rewriting your story in other words is a good practice. I enjoy supporting individuals ages 16+ with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and complex trauma. Finding the right tools that work for you and help you to achieve your specific goals in therapy is invaluable. I’ve been practicing for 15 years, but in the last few years, I have shifted my main focus to couples who are struggling with relationships.

My approach to therapy

I listen very carefully to the words that a person says when he comes with a request. I am attentive to facial expressions and body language. It’s important to me that we communicate openly, and you feel respected in our relationship.

What you can expect from me

We'll start by getting to know each other. Where you'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We'll work together to achieve results while overcoming obstacles.
