I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples as well as parent-child relationship dynamic. I have been working with individuals, couples and families to improve interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships.
I believe that each individual's needs are unique. My approach to therapy is integrative combining attachment, mindfulness and cognitive behavior therapy. I believe that individuals are resilient and can work through any roadblocks to regain control over their life. I see an individual as part of a larger system and work collaboratively with the client to identify and reflect of those factors.
Goals are a collaborative process with each client. My job is to guide each person find the direction they want to head towards. I focus on empowering my clients to life healthy and authentic lives.
