My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I believe that healing begins in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel truly heard and understood. I take time to understand each person’s unique experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals, recognizing that no two individuals have the same path to healing.

I use an evidence-based and holistic approach that may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of both, depending on each client’s needs. My goal is not only to help manage symptoms such as anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, addiction, or relationship challenges, but also to help uncover the root causes of distress, build healthy coping strategies, and support long-term emotional growth and stability.

I see treatment as a partnership, where we work together to create a plan that helps you feel empowered, balanced, and confident in moving forward.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they can openly share what has been bringing them in for care. We will talk about your current concerns, emotional challenges, personal history, and any goals you have for treatment. I take time to understand your unique experiences, whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, mood changes, ADHD, addiction, or major life transitions.

Together, we will begin identifying the underlying factors contributing to your challenges and discuss a personalized treatment approach that may include therapy, medication management, or both, depending on your needs. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported while creating a clear path toward healing, growth, and lasting emotional wellness.
