Great to meet you!
I’m Iolanda Da Luz, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience walking alongside children, teens, adults, and couples as they navigate life’s hardest moments. My passion is creating a safe, welcoming space where every part of who you are is honored your culture, race, gender, sexuality, faith or non-faith, language, and family story.
Many of the people I work with carry the weight of trauma, grief, or difficult life transitions. I am trained in trauma-focused therapy and have worked closely with survivors of trauma, including those impacted by sexual exploitation. I know how isolating and overwhelming healing can feel, which is why I approach therapy as a partnership. Whether you are dealing from past, current traumas, relationships issues, career stressors, or parental concerns I am here to help in any way I can. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, help you reconnect with your strength, and move toward the changes you want for your life.
Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, I draw from several approaches—including CBT, psychoanalytic insight, holistic care, and existential exploration so that our work fits your unique needs. My role isn’t to hand you quick fixes or tell you what to do; instead, I’ll walk beside you, hold space for your story, and support you as you do the meaningful work of healing and growth.
If you’re feeling lost, anxious, stuck, or alone, know that you don’t have to go through it by yourself. Something inside you is calling for change and I’m here to listen, support, and help you heal from the inside out.
PS If the system shows I am not available to take clients please reach out to me to confirm at 678-252-9572 or email [email protected]. Thank you
