Great to meet you!

Seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, mood disorders, and other emotional or behavioral challenges.

As a bilingual English-Spanish provider, I am passionate about improving access to high-quality mental health care for diverse communities and creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language they know best. My goal is to build trust, empower healing, and support you every step of your journey toward better mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally sensitive, and judgment-free. I believe meaningful treatment begins with feeling heard and understood, so I take time to learn your story, understand your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. Whether through medication management, psychoeducation, supportive therapy, or a combination of evidence-based interventions, my focus is helping you achieve lasting emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll discuss your concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment goals in a supportive, judgment-free environment. My approach is collaborative and personalized, focused on understanding your unique needs and creating a clear treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, and practical next steps toward better mental wellness.
