Great to meet you!
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make that process feel safer and more human. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they are.
I bring over four years of experience as a mental health counselor, working with individuals and families across a variety of settings and life stages. My background includes trauma therapy, play therapy, talk therapy, and experiential approaches, which allows me to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs. I focus on helping clients build emotional safety, develop insight, and learn practical tools they can carry into everyday life—always moving at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
I began my career as an Addictions and Substance Use Counselor in Colorado, working in an inpatient setting with adults ages 18–65. There, I supported clients through complex challenges using modalities such as DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and group-based care. I later transitioned into outpatient private practice, working with clients ages 5–50, and most recently provided in-home services through a nonprofit organization focused on strengthening family systems and community connection.
I believe therapy works best when the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit. I value transparency, collaboration, and authenticity, and if I ever feel I am not the right therapist for your needs, I am committed to helping you find someone who is. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and approach my work with deep empathy, cultural awareness, and genuine care for the people I serve.
