Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm an experienced therapist focused on helping people struggling with past trauma, anxiety disorders and low self-worth. My educational background includes a BA in Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Psychology. I am certified in a specialized treatment called EMDR and have witnessed the vast majority of my clients make substantial and noticeable progress in reducing their overall suffering and increasing feelings of well-being and life satisfaction.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm, non-judgmental and attuned to your feelings and needs. I am also direct and will challenge you towards change however in a way that is collaborative and caring.

What you can expect from our first session

Healing is a process that can feel painful at times but I've often heard clients say "in a good way". Sometimes we need a space just to express our authentic selves, in which ever way we show up, and have that be received with unconditional positive regard. You can expect to receive that from me in each and every session. You can also expect new insights, positive shifts in your perspective and increased feelings of contentment in your day to day life.
