I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience in medical, emergency and psychiatric care across the lifespan. My unique blend of expertise in diagnosing, medication management and therapeutic modalities ensures a comprehensive and tailored approach to your mental health voyage. I am a United States Army veteran who is passionate about caring for those who also served.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and evidence-based. I work closely with everyone to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. I focus on building trust with my clients, allowing for open dialogue and collaboration in the treatment process. I will incorporate a range of techniques, including psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and psychopharmacology.
