Irene has over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals, families, and couples helping them navigate life challenges, viewing these events as opportunities for growth and change. She has held several leadership positions and has experience coaching on workplace issues, life coaching, and empowers employees to navigate workplace issues with success. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, obtained her Master of Science at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

I have extensive experience providing individual, couples, and family counseling to adults and adolescents. My approach focuses on a strength perspective joining you in your path to become your best self. I focus on individualized care applying clinical approaches that suit you best leveraging strategies from cognitive behavior, person centered, mindfulness, motivational interviewing , and more.
