Great to meet you!

I have been a practicing therapist for 25 years. My treatment approach is to provide support and feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. I am committed to providing a safe environment in which insight, awareness, healing, and growth can take place.

My approach to therapy

As an Eclectic therapist, I primarily utilize Gestalt, Humanistic, Psycho-dynamic, Cognitive/Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused interventions in my work with clients. Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard and understood. I meet you where you're at and we figure out together what will be most helpful. My goal is to provide you with the support and resources to live the life you most desire.
