Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, thoughtful therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or exhausted internally.

I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. At the same time, I’m not a passive therapist. I listen carefully, notice patterns, and offer insight in ways that help you grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical. We’ll work together to understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building tools that actually help in everyday life. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotional regulation skills, and attachment-focused work.

I aim to balance warmth with honesty — offering support while gently challenging you when growth calls for it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through your current challenges, what you’re hoping will feel different, and begin identifying goals that make sense for you.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you feel heard and where we can start building a plan that feels manageable and meaningful.
