Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 13 years of psychiatric nursing experience and a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

I served in the military for 8 years, gaining valuable experience working with service members and their families. I have both military and civilian clinical experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep disorders, PTSD, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to each individual. I work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate thoughtful medication management, behavioral strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term well-being and meaningful outcomes.

I prioritize a patient-centered approach that empowers clients to take an active role in their care. Patients can expect attentive listening, compassionate guidance, and a supportive, collaborative process focused on achieving lasting improvement in their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from me is a warm, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard and respected from the very beginning. During our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you, your concerns, your history, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. I believe in understanding you as a whole person, so we’ll also talk about your lifestyle, stressors, and strengths.

We’ll work together to create a treatment plan that feels right for you. This may include medication management, practical strategies, and lifestyle changes to support your well-being. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling understood, supported, and confident about the path forward.
