Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who works with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and health-related concerns. I have particular expertise in relationship issues, including conflict, infidelity, trust, intimacy, marital dissatisfaction, and navigating significant changes within relationships.

My background as a clinical and health psychologist also includes extensive experience supporting individuals coping with chronic illness, neurodegenerative conditions, aging, and other major health and life changes. I work with clients across adulthood, from young adults through older adults, and strive to provide a supportive environment where each person feels understood and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, tailoring treatment to your particular concerns, circumstances, and goals.

Together, we may explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships that could be contributing to the challenges you are experiencing. I focus on helping you develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and gain greater insight into yourself and the dynamics that affect your emotional well-being.

My extensive research background in romantic relationships, marriage, infidelity, and long-term relationship satisfaction also informs my understanding of the complexities individuals and couples can experience in their relationships.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what has brought you to therapy. We will discuss the concerns you are experiencing, relevant aspects of your personal and relationship history, and what you hope to accomplish through therapy.

I will work with you to identify your priorities and begin developing an individualized plan for our work together. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. My goal is to provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, ask questions, and begin identifying the changes that would make the greatest difference in your life.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety or depression, struggling in a relationship, coping with a major life or health transition, or simply feeling stuck, I look forward to helping you find a healthier path forward.
