Hi there! I am a 1st Generation Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Early on, I learned that helping others was a gift and that is what has brought me to this space. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Masters of Social Work to begin my journey as a healer. Treatment areas I focus on are all things related to the 1st Generation experience, life transitions, depression and anxiety stemming from traumas and ADHD diagnosis, as well as women’s health.

My goal is to meet you where you are and support your inner guides in reaching your treatment goals. I am eclectic and integrate evidence-based practices with holistic interventions to bring about the unique process of healing. I specialize in Brainspotting. I also incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Compassion and Emotionally Focused Therapies, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Our first session is used to identify what brings you to therapy, set intentions, and build trust. I often propose a session structure, allow space to understand what has and has not worked for you in the past. I provide resources throughout our time together to reinforce the focus of sessions. I also encourage questions about the process as well as feedback to ensure I am tailoring the support to your unique needs. Lastly, I bring my unique personality, and invite your authentic self as well.
