Great to meet you!

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in psychiatry and behavioral healthcare. I earned my psychiatric nurse practitioner degree from Northern Kentucky University and have experience providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, psychosis, insomnia, OCD, and trauma-related conditions. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan focused on improving symptoms, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel heard and supported. I take time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals so we can create a treatment plan that works for your life. I provide evidence-based care through medication management, education, and supportive therapy for conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, psychosis, insomnia, OCD, and trauma-related concerns. My goal is to help you achieve greater stability, improve daily functioning, and build long-term emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a supportive, judgment free space where we will discuss your concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. I take time to listen and gain a clear understanding of what you are experiencing so we can develop a personalized treatment plan together. We will review treatment options, including medication management when appropriate, and establish clear next steps to help you move toward feeling better. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, informed, and hopeful about your path forward.
