Great to meet you!

Helping you live your best life, based on your own personal values. Together, we work to help assess obstacles to achieving your goals, and figure out patterns that may be getting in your own way. Sometimes these patterns are internal (e.g., self-defeating thoughts) and sometimes these may be external, and/or a combination.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative. I employ therapeutic modalities based on needs and goals. Some of these modalities may include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure for Trauma, and Interpersonal Psychodynamics.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a combination of warmth, compassion and an interactive approach.
