I was educated at Florida A&M University and the University of South Florida and I have been working with individuals who want to change their lives since 1994. I have been a licensed counselor since 2009 and I love helping people reach their goals.

When we together we look at what goals do you have. We explore possible challenges and focus on what strengths that you have to meet the goals. I will look at your past but focus on the future.

At the end of the session you are given tools and techniques to implement and start working on changing and improving thoughts and behaviors to move forward.
