Great to meet you!

I know reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and finding the right fit matters. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating divorce, depression, grief, stress, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges. My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand what is weighing on you, resolve conflict, strengthen important relationships, and build the clarity and resilience needed to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

With extensive experience in schools, community settings, crisis work, and private practice, I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each person I meet. I provide both short-term and longer-term counseling, helping clients identify patterns, heal emotional wounds, and make meaningful changes in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In addition to psychotherapy, I serve as a clinical supervisor, trainer, and educator, and I remain deeply connected to the South Florida community. Whether you are facing a major life transition or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you move toward greater emotional strength, balance, and hope.
