I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience with adults and adolescents. My treatments are solution-focused with the goal of being able to create successes early on and to progress quickly toward identified goals.
I have been trained in CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as Rapid Resolution Therapy. I am also a certified addiction counselor. Mind and body are affected when negative emotions are produced. Learning to change one's perspective is key. My style is reflective of this approach.
