Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Iris, a bilingual therapist supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, anger, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with immigrant, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC communities, and I bring a culturally sensitive, compassionate perspective to each person’s experiences. I also have experience supporting children, families, and individuals across diverse settings

My approach to therapy

My approach is humanistic, person-centered, and strength-based. I believe you are the expert of your life. In a warm, conversational, nonjudgmental space, we’ll build trust, recognize your strengths, and set goals that fit your needs. You can grow self-compassion and confidence as you navigate challenges and make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on helping you feel safe, supported, and comfortable with therapy. I’ll learn about your background, strengths, and goals, and we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels right for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out—reach out to schedule a first session, and we can take the next step together.
