Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are doing their best to keep up with life while privately feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or constantly “on edge.” You may be navigating anxiety that shows up as overthinking, racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, or trouble sleeping. Stress may feel ongoing and hard to turn off, especially when you’re trying to balance responsibilities, relationships, and your own needs. I also work with women navigating identity shifts, emotional burnout, and the mental load that often comes with caring for others while trying to stay grounded in yourself. For clients living with health conditions or disabilities, therapy can also be a space to process the emotional impact of your experience and the ways it may affect daily life, relationships, and sense of independence.

I balance several roles as a therapist, educator, advocate, mother, wife, and Christian. I aim to practice wisdom, accountability, and kindness daily. Seeing life through possibility motivates me, and I'm eager to help you achieve your aspirations.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I take a compassionate, collaborative approach that focuses on both understanding your experiences and helping you build practical tools for relief and stability. We will explore the patterns that contribute to anxiety and stress, including thought patterns, life demands, and past experiences that may still be showing up in the present. I also support clients in strengthening boundaries, improving self-compassion, and reconnecting with a sense of control and balance in their daily lives. My goal is not to “fix” who you are, but to help you better understand yourself and create space for more ease and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to have everything together. In our first sessions, we’ll talk about what’s been feeling heavy, what you’ve been carrying for too long, and what you want life to feel like instead. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you, and begin building a plan that supports both your emotional well-being and your day-to-day functioning.
