Great to meet you!

When stress, relationship struggles, or unhealthy patterns begin affecting your daily life, it can feel overwhelming trying to carry everything on your own. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, substance use concerns, family issues, relationship challenges, and anger management. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from others, or unsure how to move forward through difficult seasons. Whether you're facing family conflict, coping with overwhelming emotions, navigating addiction, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the people who matter most.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use in everyday life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution focused, creating a space where clients can better understand their experiences while building healthier ways of coping. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) to support lasting growth and meaningful change. Together, we may explore anxiety, substance use recovery, family concerns, relationship issues, anger management, depression, stress management, grief, PTSD, trauma, women's issues, identity concerns, and cultural experiences that shape your life. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and create healthier patterns that support long term wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing what has been weighing on you. I strive to create a space where we can better understand your story, identify meaningful goals, and work together toward lasting change. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, increased confidence, and a greater sense of balance and resilience. Whether you're navigating anxiety, family conflict, addiction, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and less alone in what you've been carrying.
