Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) with a doctorate in higher education based in Los Angeles, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I specialize in treating anxiety, stress, and eating disorders. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by daily pressures or struggling with your relationship with food, my goal is to provide a safe space for you. By prioritizing these specialty areas, we can work together to help you make meaningful progress, start feeling better, and regain a sense of balance and well-being in your life.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic approach to therapy based on your unique needs. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy within a trauma-informed lens. This approach empowers you to make desired changes, as both modalities help us build a clear, supportive framework to work from during our sessions together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to learn about you in a calm, accommodating, and personable environment. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, as I pride myself on listening without judgment. If you are ready to begin your journey, please reach out to schedule an initial consultation today.
