Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with children and adolescents, using creative and play-based interventions to help clients express emotions, increase self-awareness, and develop problem-solving skills. My goal is to provide a warm, comfortable space where you or your child can feel heard, understood, and supported.

My goal is to support young clients in building healthy relationships, improving communication, strengthening emotional regulation, and enhancing self-esteem within a safe and empathetic environment. I believe that with the right support and tools, children and adolescents can develop resilience and successfully navigate life’s challenges.

In addition, I am currently preparing to expand my services by pursuing certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This will allow me to incorporate evidence-based behavioral interventions into my practice in the near future, further supporting children and families with a broader range of needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, relaxed, and client-centered. I believe one of the most important parts of counseling is building trust and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I enjoy starting with normal conversations and getting to know you as a person before diving into deeper concerns.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), expressive arts, and play-based techniques depending on the client’s age and individual needs. I work with children, teens, and adults and tailor sessions to what feels most comfortable and helpful for each person.

My goal is for therapy to feel like a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly, learn healthy coping skills, better understand your emotions, and work toward meaningful changes at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other and helping you feel comfortable. There’s no pressure to know exactly what to say or where to start. I like to keep things relaxed and begin with normal conversation while we get to know one another.

I truly believe that trust is one of the most important parts of counseling, and that takes time. We’ll go at your pace, talk about what brings you in, and begin figuring out together what you would like to work on.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Come as you are—we’ll take it from there.
