Great to meet you!

Hi there and welcome!

My priority is supporting clients in their journeys to personal healing & growth.

In 2010, I received my MSW/LMSW. While doing outpatient clinical work at the NYC non-profit agency JBFCS, I became an LCSW. In 2016, I began to establish my private psychotherapy practice, focusing on adults presenting with a broad variety of life challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

  1. Establishing positive regard and therapeutic trust is essential to my clients' success.
  2. Every person grows and moves forward in their own unique pace, which has to be honored.
  3. Years of experience helped me to determine that there is no single modality that is fool proof. We usually benefit from a variety of therapeutic methods and self -care routines.
  4. Self-determination always prevails.

What you can expect from our first session

I create and nurture a safe, therapeutic environment for my clients. You will be able to gain insights during and between sessions & to reflect with more ease on your current situations and concerns. Together, we will figure out the best way to facilitate your healing and growth.
