Great to meet you!

Individuals experience numerous events that leave lasting impacts, whether good or bad. Finding someone to talk to can be a struggle because we may feel we will be judged or seen as incapable of dealing with events. Depression, anxiety, anger, and communicating feelings can be difficult topics to discuss in a non-formal setting. By not having an open discussion about such topics, our lives can take a toll and spiral down. Mental health is an aspect of life that often gets overlooked in many communities and taking the initiative to talk to a therapist is the first step to a well-balanced life.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with adolescents, college students, adults, and the Hispanic population. I trained in evidence-based approaches to guide me assisting clients with trauma, anger issues, depression, anxiety, and more. My focus is to help you recognize certain strengths you already possess so it could help you reach certain goals while in therapy.

What you can expect from me

My aim is to assist and empower you, I encourage you to go ahead and take the first step in reaching out. También hacemos sesiones de terapia en español.
