Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to helping clients solve their areas of struggle through active-listening and providing solution focused tools and interventions to help solve their issues. I have practiced as a professional counselor for 9yrs. and have helped many clients better their overall lives by fostering small but consistent changes within their everyday lives. I take pride in seeing clients get better at overcoming struggles that may hinder their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to always put the clients' needs first. I am very empathetic and I use realistic approaches to help my clients get better.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients figure out what they want to solve or improve upon when it comes to the presenting problem. Then find ways to start making small changes to solve those issues. Evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention for consistency and if needed we will alter the approach if/when necessary.
