Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Isaac, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) who works with individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges and relationship struggles. I have experience supporting clients with sex addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, premarital counseling, and spiritual concerns. I’m especially passionate about helping people who feel stuck—whether in unhealthy patterns, relationships, or self-discovery. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and accepted just as you are.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy through a holistic, person-centered, and relational lens, believing that healing happens best in a space built on trust and connection. I strive to create a warm, curious, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions and experiences. My work incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, mindfulness skills, emotional awareness, and Gottman Method to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your concerns, goals, and any patterns or challenges you’d like support with at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction for the work ahead. I aim to create a calm, welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
